Helga Stentzel is a London-based multidisciplinary artist working across a range of media encompassing photography, installation and mural design. Stentzel’s creative practice is an exploration of beauty in the mundane, a distinctive thread that weaves through her photography and other work. She sculpts intricate narratives from everyday elements, unveiling the important messages hidden within the seemingly ordinary tapestry of life. ​Since leaving art direction and commercial work, Helga has exhibited on three continents, from solo shows in Korea and China to an exhibition at the Royal Academy in London and art fairs in the United States and Canada. She is the recipient of the prestigious title of Hasselblad Heroine in 2023 and the NordArt People’s Choice prize in 2024.
