Sarah Ann Banks

Sarah Ann Banks is a digital artist based in Brooklyn, NY working primarily with 3D animation software. She uses her work to storytell and explore fixations in her daily life, building a universe that operates as a visual diary. These works often take shape in fantastical colorful creatures and objects. Some of her recent inspiration has come from haunted ebay listings, animals on the street and on her phone, and a reincarnated mammoth.

Banks received a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2019. Some of her recent clients include Urban Decay, Coach, and Harper’s Bazaar.
