Natali Koromoto Martinez

Natali Koromoto Martinez is a Venezuelan illustrator and designer living in NYC. She brings her illustrations to life as playful accessories, apparel, toys, and homeware, all of which she designs and carries in her namesake shop and specialty shops around the world. Her work is inspired by nature’s endearing qualities and the youthful human spirit, often characterized by nostalgic, exuberant character forms. These forms sometimes reflect Latin American cultural relevance but are continually shaped by the universal appeal of our innate affection for all things cute as a bug or otherwise unprocessed, yet worn in by the ways of the world. Natali aims for her designs to be more than mere objects; each piece is intended to spark a smile and start a conversation. She has illustrated and created works for The New York Times, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network.
