Ali Hasan

Ali Hasan is a Berlin-based musician, percussionist and educator with Syrian roots. Known for his dynamic rhythms, he performs solo and with groups such as Pulsar Collective and Dabke Community Dance by Sasha Waltz & Guests. Ali integrates his physical therapy training and expertise into his artistry, is co-founder and curator of BAYNATNA, the first Arabic library in Berlin, curates and performs with the Resident Music Collective at the Humboldt Forum, and is a guest lecturer at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK).
