Dale Crosby-Close
Dale Crosby-Close (or Dale’s Bits for short) is a general human being and maker of bits based in the UK. The bits can be anything from drawings, musical offerings, occasionally a game, a vessel, sometimes a noise or a whisper in the wind, but predominantly they’re animations that aim to bring a smile to people’s face and head. He used to work as an editorial illustrator for clients like NY Times, Politico and LA Times, but made the switch to animation at the start of 2024 to follow his dream of becoming a real boy, just like his hero, Michael Pinocchio. He enjoys writing scripts, playing with words, having fun, and wants to bring people together and make a positive impact on the world in his own way. He keeps a coconut next to his bed for good luck.
He is 33.
