Brolga

Brolga is an Australian artist and illustrator who initially gained recognition for his large-scale wheat pastes, street art, and murals on the streets of New York. Brolga began making art on long family road trips through his homeland, illustrating the surreal characters of his imagination as they journeyed through remote terrains. He went on to work in graphic design, honing a pop-styled aesthetic that mixes colour-saturation with daydream-like doodles. Previously based in Brooklyn, the pandemic brought him back to Australia, while his travels around the world continue to inspire his art.
